We also do not ship Christmas Eve through to (and including) 2nd January.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>For next day shipping, what time do I have to order by?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Depending on order size, we aim to ship orders destined for the UK mainland and received by 2pm on a next-day basis.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"line-height: 13px;\"><strong><span style=\"line-height: 19px;\">How do I get free shipping?<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Add eligible item to your basket totalling over the following amounts, based on your shipping address. Minimum pricing differs due to local shipping options.<\/p>\n<p>UK Mainland: \u00a340 or over<br \/>\nNorthern Ireland: \u00a360 or over<br \/>\nHighlands and Islands: \u00a345 or over<br \/>\nChannel Islands: \u00a350 or over<br \/>\nIsle of Man: \u00a360 or over<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>What happens if my book arrives\u00a0damaged?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"264\" data-end=\"558\">We take great care to provide high-quality materials. If your book arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost. Please take photos of the packaging and the damaged book, and contact us as soon as possible. We may submit these photos to the courier if we believe the damage was caused during shipping.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Customs and Tax for shipments to the UK (including Crown Dependencies)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Taxes and shipping will be calculated and paid during checkout.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Customs and Tax for shipments to the EU<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"264\" data-end=\"558\">From the 1st July 2026 until July 2028, parcels arriving in the EU will be subject to a temporary flat-rate customs duty of \u20ac3 per distinct item category. You will be charged this fee during checkout.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"264\" data-end=\"558\">For orders under \u20ac150 (\u00a3130)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"264\" data-end=\"558\">The fee is charged on each\u00a0<em>distinct<\/em> item. For example,\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"264\" data-end=\"558\">3 <em>books<\/em>: \u20ac3<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"264\" data-end=\"558\">2 <em>books<\/em> &amp; 1 <em>jumper<\/em>: \u20ac6<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"264\" data-end=\"558\">2 <em>books<\/em> &amp; 1 <em>jumper<\/em> &amp; 1 blue leather <em>bookmark<\/em> &amp; 1 black leather <em>bookmark<\/em>: \u20ac9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The fee is non-refundable, unless the product is faulty.<\/li>\n<li>Further duty, VAT and charges may apply on arrival.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For orders over \u20ac150<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>we will not collect any VAT, duty or charges on your behalf.
