What days do you ship on?<\/h2>\n

Monday through Friday, with the exception of Public Holidays. We also do not ship between Christmas and New Year. If you order during the weekend, next day options will not be fulfilled.<\/p>\n

For next day shipping, what time do I have to order by?<\/h2>\n

In order to process your shipment in time, all Next Day (or 1 Day) orders must be placed before 12:00pm EST.<\/p>\n

How do I get free shipping?<\/span><\/h2>\n

If you spend $75 or more, you will receive free standard shipping, within Continental USA.<\/p>\n

What happens if my book arrives\u00a0damaged?<\/h2>\n

From the beginning to the end of the publishing process, we care immensely about providing excellent quality materials. If a book shipped from us arrives damaged we will send you a new copy of the damaged book at no cost \u00a0to you. If you receive a damaged book in the mail, please take some photos of the box the book came in, the damage done to the book, and call us as soon as possible (the photos will be submitted to the carrier by the Banner, in the event that the damage was caused by poor shipping).<\/p>\n
