UPDATED 4.28.21<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are looking forward to gathering with you at our East Coast Ministers\u2019 Conference<\/a> in less than a month! We wanted to take a minute of your time today to give you an update on what to expect this year at Etown due to the ongoing Covid situation. Although some of these items are subject to change as things develop in Pennsylvania, it is likely that we will have to comply with the following guidelines from Elizabethtown College when we gather:<\/p>\n

\u2022\tWhen indoors we will be required to wear masks.
\n\u2022\tThe dining hall will have some restrictions in place (amount of people per table, amount of people in the dining hall at one time) but thankfully there is plenty of outdoor seating. Pray for good weather! The college has a pretty good \u2018take-out\u2019 system that will enable you to grab all you\u2019d like and find a comfortable place to eat outside.
\n\u2022\tRooming will be the same as always. In other words, the college will not be restricting the amount of people in shared rooms. So if you listed roommates, we will do our best, per usual, to honour your request.
\n\u2022\tThe location that we gather for our sessions \u2013 Leffler Chapel \u2013 has more than enough room to accommodate us and so we will gather there as usual. <\/p>\n

We hope this brief update is a help to you as you plan. Although some of these restrictions will limit our abilities to fellowship we believe that we will be able to manage fine and have a spiritually refreshing time.<\/p>\n
