‘The first two titles of this new series are scheduled to appear in September. This is an endeavour to popularize in mid-twentieth century format some of the timeless literary treasure given to the Church in the seventeenth century. We hope that Heaven on Earth<\/em> (a treatise on Christian Assurance) by Thomas Brooks and A Lifting Up for the Downcast<\/em> by William Bridge will be widely used to introduce people to the riches of the writings of the Puritans. Both books are of a deeply experimental character pre-eminently designed for the heart.’<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Here we are 60 years on!\u00a0To remember, in a special way, how the Lord has blessed this series we have done\u00a0a number of things this month:<\/p>\n
