Doreen Tamminga

Doreen Tamminga is a writing and home-making mom from Ontario, Canada. The middle child of nine, she is thankful for a childhood rich in stories, freedom and responsibility, intermingled with the faithful teaching of God’s word—a legacy she and her husband desire to pass on to their own seven children. It was these experiences as well as her years of teaching that helped create her book Wait till You See the Butterfly, a collection of short stories for children, published by the Trust. Still involved with editing and home education today, she makes time for writing, continuing to work on children’s stories that help put “hands and feet” on living to God’s glory.
