*Keep in mind that we will always do whatever we can to try and get your books to you in time for Christmas, however, this table shows you the deadlines for what we can guarantee. Our guarantee assumes, Lord Willing, that the shipping carriers will carry out their obligations to ship within the windows of time they have agreed to.
**We apologize to our Canadian customers that we can no longer guarantee delivery of your books in time for Christmas. The shipping speed to Canada is sadly very slow and we have no quicker shipping option to offer. You are encouraged to still order and we’ll try to get your order out right away, but we can’t guarantee it’s arrival by Dec. 25th.
- What days do you ship on?
Monday through Friday, with the exception of Public Holidays. We also do not ship between Christmas and New Year. If you order during the weekend, next day options will not be fulfilled.
- For next day shipping, what time do I have to order by?
In order to process your shipment in time, all Next Day (or 1 Day) orders must be placed before 12:00pm EST.
- How do I get free shipping?
If you spend $65 or more, you will receive free standard shipping, within Continental USA.
- What happens if my book arrives damaged?
From the beginning to the end of the publishing process, we care immensely about providing excellent quality materials. If a book shipped from us arrives damaged we will send you a new copy of the damaged book at no cost to you. If you receive a damaged book in the mail, please take some photos of the box the book came in, the damage done to the book, and call us as soon as possible (the photos will be submitted to the carrier by the Banner, in the event that the damage was caused by poor shipping).
