Digital Products Terms and Conditions

(eBooks, Audio, Magazines and other digital content provided by The Banner of Truth)

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms & Conditions (‘Terms’) apply to all purchases and use of digital content provided by The Banner of Truth Trust and its affiliated entities.

1.2 By purchasing, downloading, streaming, or accessing any Digital Content, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.3 If you do not agree, you must not purchase or access Digital Content.

We will take reasonable steps to ensure continued access to Digital Content that has been validly licensed by you, where practicable.

6.1 Permitted Household Access

You may share access to Digital Content, on devices you own, with immediate members of your household only, defined as:

Where Digital Content is provided as downloadable files (e.g. eBooks), such files must remain on devices under your or your household’s control and must not be transferred outside that household.

Access to Digital Content may be subject to technical limitations, including restrictions on simultaneous use across multiple devices or accounts.

We reserve the right to implement reasonable controls to ensure compliance with these Terms and to protect licensing integrity.

9. App Store & Google Play Terms

The Banner of Truth App does not process payments and does not offer in-app purchases. All Digital Content purchases must be made via our website before they can be accessed via the App.

The App is only for accessing free and purchased Digital Content.

10. Restore Purchases

10.1 You may access previously purchased Digital Content in the App by signing into your App account using the same account used at the time of purchase.

10.2 Regional Availability

Due to licensing and distribution restrictions, the availability of Digital Content may vary by territory.

Certain Digital Content may be restricted or unavailable in some countries or regions outside the country or jurisdiction in which the purchase was made.

11.1 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law, including:
